By using publicly accessible sources (Companies House Data, Social Media channels, Google search) we have reason to believe that our services may be of interest to you and would like to keep you informed of them via business-to-business email campaigns. 

To advertise our services to you, we collect personally identifiable information that may include, but is not limited to:

Address (State, Province, Country) based on your IP

Marketing preferences & interests that would help us build a profile about you

Your Linked In activity and contact list associated with your account

The lawful basis used for processing your personal data is legitimate interest. We do so in line with the “lawfulness, fairness and transparency” principle.

Our marketing is carried out in full compliance with e-privacy regulations (Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations – PECR).

We are a B2B provider and would only contact you in your quality of representative of an incorporated company. However, we understand that many workplace email addresses are under personal names.
Therefore, the data protection laws would apply, and so you have the right to ask us to stop using your personal data for marketing purposes.

In addition, in our reach out campaigns we have considered factors such as frequency and irrelevant content, so it does not result in our correspondence becoming a nuisance for you.

In our email campaigns we use various analytics including cookies and tracking technologies via third party service providers such as, but not limited to, Google Analytics.This allows us to see your IP, location and whether you opened the emails from us.

Your information, including personal data, is processed at our operating offices across the world and in any other places where our service providers are located. It means that this information may be transferred and maintained outside of your province/country where the data protection laws may differ than those in your jurisdiction.

How we share your information

In limited situations we may disclose information that we collect, as follows:

To our contractors or service providers such as Ruler Analytics, Zoho and Google Analytics to host and analyse data and deliver marketing campaigns.

As required by law in case of a regulatory request.

To affiliates of our corporate group for customer support, marketing and account management purposes.
