Charlotte has a background in the healthcare innovation landscape in which she has been working for the past seven years. She has experience of partnering with individuals, SMEs and Public Sector organisations to develop their ideas into sustainable businesses.

Her knowledge and key areas of interest are business planning, value proposition and developing enterprising individuals.

Her previous role saw her lead the start-up programme for health social enterprise, providing tailored 1:1 coaching and mentoring support.

Charlotte is also a co-founder of a tech start-up and has a MSc Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship graduate from Alliance Manchester Business School.
