Kalpana is the Reach out executive for the Innovate UK Scaleup Programme and joined Inventya as a finance exec in 2023 after 36 years in Retail & Private Banking. 
After demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills and being able to build rapport quickly with both colleagues and clients, when the position of Scaleup Reach Out Executive came up, Kalpana was the obvious choice.  

With a positive mindset, can-do attitude, excellent time management, a customer centric focus, and a proficiency in drafting compelling outreach emails, proposals and presentations, Kalpana is a key support for the Scaleup directors and a valued member of the Inventya team.
