Union through Horizon Europe, is the largest international funding programme for innovative
SMEs engaging in collaborative R&D projects. The programme is designed to help SMEs create
innovative products, processes, or services for commercialisation.

Eligibility and Participation
• The main participant must be an innovative SME.
• The consortium can include partners from SMEs, universities, and research centres in

• Organisations from non-participating countries can still join a Eurostars consortium.
